What to do before your InBody


- Make sure you stay well hydrated a few days before testing

- Continue your normal routine prior to testing

- Pick a time that is easy for you to repeat (if you chose to test in the morning you’ll want to test in the morning on your next test)

- Stand for at least 5-10 minutes before your testing



- You should not eat or drink 3 hours prior to testing

- Avoid alcohol 24hrs prior 

- Eat a big meal

- Workout within 3 hours prior

All that to say, you want to test under the most "normal" for you circumstances possible.
