CrossFit Ridge Runner is a group of like-minded people who come together with one goal: Keep moving forward. Each of our classes is one hour in length and is lead by our expertly trained CrossFit coaches to help ensure your safety with each workout. We’ve worked hard to build a unique community that inspire and encourage you each and every time you walk through our door.
To get started, book your free intro session today and meet with one of our coaches. From there, we’ll work to learn more about you and your fitness goals to help build the perfect plan for you. Our coaches work with people of all levels, and excited to help each of our members reach their goals.
